Welcome to http://www.terrain.mx (hereinafter the "Site"), owned by Terrain Technologies, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (hereinafter "Terrain"). By accessing and using this Site, you (the "User") expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with them, you should refrain from using it.
1.Purpose of the Site The purpose ofthe Site is to provide corporate, commercial and contact information about Terrain, its technological and financial products and services, as well as to facilitate communication with customers, partners and the general public. The use of the Site does not imply any contractual relationship between the User and Terrain, unless formalized through a specific agreement.
2. Acceptance of Terms Access to and use of the Site by the User implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. Terrain may modify them at any time, and such modifications will be published on the Site with their date of update.

Permitted Use The User agrees to:- Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the applicable legislation in Mexico.- Provide truthful and updated information when required.- Not perform acts that may damage, render useless, overload or deteriorate the Site, its technological infrastructure or its security.- Refrain from using the Site to disseminate illegal, offensive, defamatory, fraudulent content or content that infringes third party rights.

Intellectual Property All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, trademarks, graphics, designs, software and source code, is the exclusive property of Terrain or licensed third parties, and is protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, transmission or use of the content without the prior written consent of Terrain is strictly prohibited.
5. Disclaimer Terrain does not warrant that the Site will be error, virus or interruption free. Use of the Site is at the User's own risk. Terrain shall not be liable for:- Damages or harm resulting from the use or inability to use the Site.- Content, products or services of third parties that the User may access through links from the Site.- Inaccuracies or omissions in the information published, which is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, financial or legal advice.
6. Links to Third Party Sites The Site may contain links to external websites. Terrain is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of such sites. Access to them is at the User's own risk.
7.Protection of personal data The processing of personal data collected through the Site will be governed by our Privacy Notice, available at http://www.terrain.mx/privacidad.
8. Limitation of use of technological and fintech services If in the future the Site offers access to artificial intelligence platforms, digital banking, analysis tools or any other financial or technological service, its use will be subject to:- Specific contracts and conditions accepted by the User before accessing such services.- Financial regulations applicable in Mexico and, if applicable, in foreign jurisdictions.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For the interpretation and compliance of the same, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Puebla, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
